We understand the financial pressures on families and aim to keep school costs as manageable as possible. These contributions support the wide range of learning experiences we offer and help us continue providing good value for all pupils.

School Books and Copies

The Free Primary Schoolbooks Scheme in primary schools will remove the cost from families of funding schoolbooks for children and young people enrolled in recognised primary schools and special schools. Parents will no longer be required to make any contribution towards the cost of schoolbooks, including the cost of any workbooks and copybooks.

School Activities 

This fee covers:
 Swimming (6 weeks)
 Violin Tuition (20 weeks)
 Camogie & Football (6 weeks)
 Dancing with Derek (7 weeks)
 Art & Craft Materials
 Fun Visits
 Aladdin Connect Access
 National Children’s Choir Affliation
and Entry (5th and 6th Classes)

Feis Maitiu Preparation Sessions 1st and 2nd Classes

Cór Fhéile Preparation and entry 3rd and 4th Classes    

Swimming for pupils in 2nd to 6th Class. 

This fee covers six sessions of swimming at Mayfield Sports Complex.

The closing date for payment is 12th September 2026.

Please note: For families with more than one child in the school, the school activities fee is reduced for the second child.
