12.00- Ellie handed out Maths Books for the start of the Maths Lesson

12.25-Children were getting ready to line up to go out to yard. Child sitting next to Ellie said to the teacher that Ellie was repeating herself. ‘ Ella 4,5 ‘

Teacher went over to Ellie. Ellie was alert-Not answering any questions – Seemed to understand what the teacher was saying. The SNA brought Ellie over to sit near the coats. When she went to sit down, she was rigid. Ellie stood up again. Teacher told her to sit down again. Teacher said ‘the muscles in her leg and arm were involuntarily clenching’.

Ellie was not responding to the questions so the teacher asked her to raise her hand. Child did not respond.

Children had left the classroom at this stage.

Ellie drooled a little and she was pale and her lips were a little blue according to the teacher and SNA.

12.40  Ellie started getting sick. She was helpless sitting in the chair and needed support to hold herself up. After being sick, she seemed to become more aware. She continued to get sick and did not respond to questions but she was able to move her hands and wipe her mouth and move her hair from her forehead.

12.45/12.50 Mum arrived. While mum was there, she was able to hug her mum but was not able to respond to her questions. Ellie was crying loudly. Mum removed the tie and went to remove Ellie’s necklace but Ellie stopped her from doing so.

1.00 Ambulance arrived. The paramedics went into the room

1.15 Ellie walked out of the classroom and left with her mum and the paramedics.
