Our 6th Class worked diligently for Maths week recently. They organised superb Maths station activities in small groups under the excellent guidance of Ms Crosse and played Maths games with all classes in the school. The girls should be proud of themselves as they worked well not only with one another but with everyone in the school. They ensured everyone was inlcuded and was having fun. Challenge tasks were also presented and some groups even devised some new games.
We played our own fun and challenging Maths games in class also and partcipated in interesting discussions.
Later in the week, our 6th class girls welcomed Senior Infants from St Patricks Infant School to our school hall and played more fun and colourful number games. This was a memorable lesson that was enjoyed by all involved. Maith sibh a pháistí !
