Today we played our final match of the Sciath na Scol at the Tank Field and won. What a fantastic opportunity to take part in the Sciath na Scol football games and we are especially grateful to Ms. O Connell for taking command of the team and giving up her time to manage the team and to Ms O’ Brien as well for being a great backroom support.
Long may their great love for football continue. Who knows who we will see playing in the World Cup 2031 or the All Ireland Final.
We are particularly grateful for the parents and guardians who have turned up to support the children at their matches. Needless to say they were wrapped up warm for the wilds of the Tank Field. Well done Girls.
